10/10 recommend. Read below for a descriptive and likely lengthy review/detailed personal experience. I contacted Jimmy after randomly googling personal injury attorneys. I had zero affiliation to the law firm nor was I recommended by anyone. I had gotten rear-ended and the following day, the symptoms of severe back and neck pain started to manifest in my body. Jimmy and his staff were professional, polite and I overall felt comfortable to move forward with the process. I underwent a series of chiropractic care/treatments along with several injections to my back and neck. In a twisted/unconventional way, I also found out I had cancer from the MRI that was taken of my back (but this is a story for another day). However, Jimmy and his team relentlessly and resiliently worked behind the scenes to ensure I would be compensated for the damages/pain and suffering endured from this accident. The care, attention, professionalism, compassion and kindness I've been treated with and shown is more I could have ever hoped for/asked for. All of my questions were answered with the utmost patience and every step of the process was explained to me carefully and without feeling rushed. Every single person I have had the pleasure of speaking to, from Dayana (my apologies if spelling is not correct), to Ms. Lopez, to Monica, to Jimmy, and even to the girl in the front desk. Everyone has been incredibly nice and respectful. I would like to express my gratitude to Monica who even met me downstairs in *my* car when a signature was needed and when I was running late for a doctor's appointment. In this day and age, these human traits and gestures are hardly ever seen/experienced and it's incredibly refreshing to know that this law firm will go above and beyond to help their clients until justice is served. I'm extremely satisfied and beyond happy with the compensation I received and would recommend Jimmy and his team to anyone in need of an outstanding law firm.
