Romano Law helped me out on a quick turnaround insurance contract review. They were quick and responsive and helped me understand the documents that I had received. This law firm, in my personal, genuine experience, is unethical. In my personal, genuine experience I felt judged. All I requested was one hour’s consultation for $800 and they refused after informing me that they would do so. In my personal, genuine experience I feel that this law firm behaved unethically by not agreeing to what they promised, which was one hour of counsel for $800.

Working with the entire team at Romano Law has been well beyond my expectations. From the initial contact through case completion, I found that the level of communication was always thorough and timely. I worked very closely with Andres Munoz and the team in the Miami office to resolve an employment dispute and the entire matter was handled expeditiously, professionally and the outcome worked out very well. Mr Fong is quick to collect payment but that’s all. He will ask the clients to get the work done for him. He STOLE MY MONEY. does not respond to any emails. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!

I worked with Mr. Fong on a few cases. He suddenly disappeared and has not emailed or returned my messages. Seems very unprofessional and unethical to treat me so bad. He knows I am sensitive and have disabilities. I feel really bad because I thought we worked well together. I always vocalized when I was pleased with his assistance. If he needs to talk to me, he should and work whatever out professionally. I can't believe he is doing this to me. I am completely shocked.
