Mr Fong is quick to collect payment but that’s all. He will ask the clients to get the work done for him. He STOLE MY MONEY. does not respond to any emails. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!

I worked with Mr. Fong on a few cases. He suddenly disappeared and has not emailed or returned my messages. Seems very unprofessional and unethical to treat me so bad. He knows I am sensitive and have disabilities. I feel really bad because I thought we worked well together. I always vocalized when I was pleased with his assistance. If he needs to talk to me, he should and work whatever out professionally. I can't believe he is doing this to me. I am completely shocked.

I had been battling with the HOA of a property I own for months. There was a renovation being done and the association continued to extend out the completion date for repairs month after month. This resulted in a significant loss of income as tenants cancelled their stays due to the work being done. After months of dealing with this on my own, I hired Christian and once he got involved the work was completed within days. It was such a relief to have the issue finalized and my next tenant arrived to a completed unit.
