Excellent personal attention and service. Ms. Salcines helped me through my first real estate purchase and saved me a lot of money in the process. She was always easy to reach and prompt to respond to my questions. Highly recommended.

The same issue as everyone else. After I gave her the $2,500 she asked to start working on my case, never heard from her again. It is very sad that a "professional" keep giving excuses on the comments posted here; instead of making a real effort to provide a good service. It is even more sad that someone have to ask family and friends to post positive comments in order to give a false image and get new clients that as me, and many others, will just get robbed and be disappointed by your firm. You should better be ethical and give a good service to your clients. Don't you think, Miss Salcines?

Mrs. Salcines represented this writer for a real estate closing on the sale of a marital home following a dissolution of marriage. She obtained specific payoffs and made sure they were legally sufficient such as "official" payoff documents forthe mortgage. Mrs. Salcines' level of representation, her knowledge of the law and her ability to ensure that any marital debt and charging lien were accurately dealt with. The distribution of all the proceeds were distributed quickly and correctly. All required notarized documents were completed in a timely manner and delivered to her office without concern, as I was notified upon her receipt. I highly recommend Mrs. Salcines as her representation was extremely professional and effective.

This attorney took a retainer of $500 per month plus $1500 for 4 months of doing absolutely nothing!! She did not help me with obtaining a mold removal company or to get treatment for my personsl injury which was the result of negligence and water damage caused by the mgmt company and the property insurance who was responsible for the damage.

I feel really sorry for Mrs. Salcines. When I went to her office she had documents and papers all over the place, and wasn't even a receptionist or any anyone to receive the clients. You can see she is on a bad situation, only posting false reviews to get new clients. And instead of trying to do a good service to get good reviews, she just get more mad clients. I feel a lot of shame for her. Oh, my experience with her was the same that everybody else, she just took my retainer and never heard from her again. Would never recommend her.

I really recommend this attorney, I have an issue with my landlord and she is helping me with my situation. Guys , don't believe fake reviews.. she is a great attorney and is always there when you need her. On the top of that she listens to you , she is not about the money cause she is an affordable great lawyer. And last she doesn't charge for consultation. she cares about her customers.

All I have to say is thank you for helping people who wants to open its own business in getting their business incorporated, accounting records and for all great advices.
