Same issue as Christina. This lawyer is rude and is always on a defensive attitude. Never try to help and is just nice until she receives your money, until that moment she disappears. The worst decision in my life to hire her. Do not recommend her!!!

I read through all of the reviews and it seems that I had the same problems as everyone else. I have three years of email communication with Jackie where on so many occasions, I am having to reply two and three and four times just to get a response. When I did hear from her, she was impatient, condescending, and at times, downright rude. She clearly did not care to help me understand the very convoluted legal process I was in, and instead would remind me that she’s already told me whatever I was asking her however many times. It was awful. If you tried to address any issues with her, she became defensive. I was the idiot that needed to stop asking so many questions and understand that she’ll get to me when she can get to me. Lol. It was a joke. Run the other way. She will respond here the same way she has responded to everyone else, and will accept absolutely no responsibility for her client service shortcomings. Wait for it...👇

I used her for an eviction process when a tenant was not paying the rent, She is an excellent professional and answer fast to the Court, that make my process went quick.

Coming out of my first marriage I was petrified because I had no direction, knowledge, or people I could trust. I looked online and called all these catchy 1-800 numbers but these attorneys either charged an arm and a leg just to answer my questions or would be so disinterested in my hardship they would clearly show their lack of care. It was not until Attorney Beatriz sat with me, and taking time from her personal life, heard about my simple divorced, asked questions, and most importantly treated me like family. I was still somewhat skeptical because of how caring she was, maybe it was her pitch to just get my money and then hand my case to an intern. However, all my worries were put to rest because for every form, application, and question it was her calling me an not some secretary, intern, or paralegal. To other attorneys my simplified divorced seemed like a waste of their time, but to Attorney Beatriz, it was as if she was fighting selflessly for my peace of mind. It has been a month since the judge ruled on my divorced and the peace of mind I have is undoubtedly thanks to her. I recommend her fully for all matters as she treats her clients as actual human beings and not just retainers waiting to be paid in full. Beatriz has been a lifesaver! She does not impose upon her clients what to do or how they should approach situations. Her priority is to deliver a service that’s specific to what the client wants - at least it was for me. I wanted To remain cordial and respectful while still listing the facts. Beatriz did not submit anything without my review, and ensured i was Ok with how everything was worded and detailed. She updated me of every step! When i came to her in a panic she actually advised me a few times to not take action, which many attorneys would have not done just to collect more money. She really looked out for me and my baby girl. I would Recommend her in a heartbeat!

Jacqueline has been a great attorney. She handles all my real estate and business matters and or conflicts. We have been through a lot together.
