I am extremely happy and grateful to Juan Arias. He is an excellent attorney, passionate, thorough, determined, very responsive, communicative and very detailed. He represented my daughter and I in the appeal of the parental termination of parental rights.  He really cared and advocated for my daughter and I.  Despite the complexity of my case and appeals court he explained everything well, he responded rapidly to motions filed, messages and emails, he took the time to review and learn our 9 entire 9 year case history well, he understood and explained to me the process including keeping me updated on anything that happen or motions filed in appeals court for my case. Juan handled my child custody and child support case for me. Child support/custody cases are very stressful and emotional, but Juan helped ease the stress.
