Bryant Pollock no fue professional y terminó favoreciendo a mi adversario en mi caso. No me dijo a tiempo que no iba a seguir mi caso y solo me avisó cuando ya no podía hacer nada. Si me hubiera avisado con la antelación apropiada, por lo menos yo hubiera seguido el caso yo representándome a mi misma. Me hizo perder el caso. Bryant Pollock was not professional and ended up favoring my adversary on my case. He did not tell me on time that he was not continue with my case and only told me when there was nothing else to do. If he had told me previously, at least I would have continued with my case as representing myself. He made me lose the case. Respuesta al comentario del abogado: Yo contraté a Pollock para que me representara en un caso ante EEOC por discriminación. No hizo todo lo que debió haber hecho y tomó decisiones unilaterales respecto a mi caso sin consultarlas conmigo. Yo hubiese tenido la oportunidad de continuar mi caso y responder a las alegaciones de los adversarios, pero el no me notificó. Este es una caso en el que es muy difícil obtener representación legal, pero yo hubiera podido proceder sola ante EEOC. El no fue honesto conmigo, no me respondió mis mensajes, ya cuando yo ya no podía hacer más nada ante EEOC fue cuando el me dijo que debía contratar un abogado para proceder ante el tribunal. No me dejó quemar todos mis cartuchos en la fase preliminar y técnicamente hizo lo que se le antojó sin tener en cuenta mi opinión o consultarme. Le envié preguntas por correo electrónico y nunca me las respondió. Falló como abogado y trabajó favoreciendo a mi adversario. I hired Pollock so that he could represent me on a case with EEOC for discrimination. He did not do everything that he should have done and made unilateral decisions regarding my case without consulting with me. I would have had the opportunity to continue my case and respond to the allegations of the adversaries, but he did not notify me. This is a case in which it is really difficult to obtain legal representation, but I would have been able to proceed by myself with EEOC. He was not honest with me. When there was nothing else to do, he told me that I should hire an attorney to proceed before the court. He did not let me go through all the stages of the preliminary phase and technically did what he wanted without taking my opinion into consideration or consult with me. I sent him questions by email and he never responded. He absolutely failed my as a lawyer and worked on behalf of my adversary.
