If you feel like I felt which was alone in an employment issue then don’t. This law firm definitely has your back. I reached out to them based on a recommendation from a former client who had success with them and I am so happy that I did. Before calling them, I felt that there were no options for me and my case but that simply was not true. If you find yourself in a situation where you feel helpless against a former employer then please give them a call. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Cummings represent me. The reviews of 5 stars are absolutely fake. After 10 months of zero contact I decided to send an email to Bridgette explaining how disappointed I was in this firm. I was finally able to speak with Toussaint on Friday, April 14th. As he was asking questions I was explaining in detail and he proceeded to cut me off expressing his want to leave the office bc “it’s almost 7pm on a Friday”. Now mind you I haven’t heard from this law firm since I hired them and the original charge with the EEOC, but it was more important for him to get out of the office bc it was Friday. The conversation was cut short by Mr. Cummings and was followed up with an email stating they would no longer be representing me. I have a time sensitive case, they didn’t even file the right charge with the EEOC. Now I’m left scrambling to find another law firm to represent me and start this process all over again. This law firm is Unprofessional to say the least.
