I had retained the services of Ms. Jacob to assist with the process applying for a US citizenship. Ms. Jacobs and her team made it a very smooth process: providing guidance, addressing concerns and ensuring that I followed up with the application as required. The process was smooth from start to finish; the application ultimately successful. I’d also retained Ms. Jacobs to assist in an I-130 spousal petition, a process which I feared would be more complicated.
