My son and his friend were in a bad car accident last year. His friend was in the hospital for a long time, having surgeries and healing from multiple broken bones. From day one, Cindy and her staff were on top of everything. They were diligent, effective, knowledgeable, very understanding, and patient. They were sympathetic and took the time to explain every step of this case. They made me feel very comfortable during the entire process, and I knew I was in good hands. If I called or emailed them, it took them LESS than 24 hours to get back to me. Her staff is extremely professional, dedicated, and hardworking. They fought for us every day, and I couldn't be happier with our settlement. I was completely impressed by how quickly she settled our case. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do. I never felt like just another case. Her staff knew every aspect of our case and answered all of our questions. Janice, Pamela, and Cori........I love you guys, and thank you for all you do/did.
