If you have a child support case against you, do yourself a favor and represent yourself instead, because he's just going to take your money and on top of that you will get screwed at the hearing. My child support payment is so high that even ADP (the payroll company) by law is not allowed to deduct so much out of my paycheck. Apparently there are no fair laws for us dads in the state of Florida. So basically I will be homeless pretty soon.
One star is a lot.

If anyone has a family law issue Scott Stadler is the lawyer to call. I have known Scott Stadler for over 20 years and I have referred many of my clients to him. I have never had a client be disappointed. He and his staff are consummate professionals and every client I have ever referred in the 20+ years has been very happy with his knowledge of the law, professionalism, and the wonderful service provided by his staff.

Howard Weitzner is an exceptional lawyer, with a great attention to detail and a great personal touch with his clients. He is always on hand to help and available to his clients. When I needed to go in to meet with doctors, he drove to see me and make sure my questions were answered and my rights were protected. Day or night, he showed nothing but the highest level of professionalism, while simultaneously showing that he cares a great deal.

Howard was an amazing advocate for us. He was incredibly responsive, and really understood what we were going through. He accompanied us to doctor's appointments, and translated medical speak into plain English. He was very innovative in his settlement strategies, and because of this, we were able to get an excellent result in a relatively short amount of time. He was great at getting back to us on the phone or via email, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

I hired Howard after I got into an accident. It was one of the best choices I've made he found me a doctor right away got me in to see him and came to the visit with me. I ended up needing surgery he even came there the day of the surgery and set me up so in recovery I wouldn't need anything. I would recommend them to anyone he's great guy.

I hired Scott for a divorce and domestic violence case and was very disappointed with his services. I was skeptical about his representation of me after the first deposition was taken and I terminated his service after our first time in front of a judge. I then hired new counsel. The difference between the service I received from Scott and the new counsel was like night and day. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
