WOW factor.. from when i first called regarding my accident. The attorneys were professional at Cutler Radar helping me with my personal injury case. When a family member was hit by a car in the Coral Springs / Parkland area, I called Cutler Rader. Their staff got one of the attorneys (Ken Cutler) on the phone immediately. What impressed me the most was that Mr. Cutler's first priority was making sure that my loved one was OK and getting the care she needed. Beware of Family Law attorneys that do NOT disclose the family law legal racket, and how the Florida bar block reform to the detriment of Florida familes. My issue with the representation I received is that Scott MISSED and did not remove from my MSA "hooks" that keep me a working financial slave to an able bodied ex who is now essentially retired. Specifically make sure there are NO insurance provisions in your MSA. Permanent alimony is suppose to end at death, but with that clause, your spouse can receive money AFTER your death and profit handsomely from it (mine is $500K). A big part of the problem is when going through the meat grinder, you don't know what you don't know, and your attorney is suppose to help you with that. Instead, he was complicit in enslaving me to another for life. If you attorney DOES NOT support alimony reform... RUN.
