Working with Andrew Ponnock is an absolute pleasure. I've found him to be totally responsive to my communication and requests. As soon as I reach out to him, he replies almost immediately. Even if he's busy with another client, he always responds with an email or text. His responses are always detailed and professional. He's knowledgeable and also has a very friendly understanding manner.

Don't be fooled by the advertised low prices!! This is a less than mediocre law firm and you'll end up spending about the same for a more reputable attorney that will provide personalized and exceptional service. Everyone in this probate firm is unprofessional. After your first initial consultation and signed retainer agreement there isn't any contact, you have to make several attempts to speak with someone and if you're lucky you'll only receive an email response. Your case is managed by assistants and paralegals that are unorganized and incompetent from beginning to end with only email communications. Andrew Ponnock will lie and tell you that he's completely involved but actually isn't at all familiar with you or your case. He works in temporary office spaces and all of your private and original documents that should be kept secure such as a Will is left with a front desk receptionist for the building not his employee. This office does not communicate by phone, so if you're an older person or someone that prefers to connect and speak with your attorney or their assistant then this isn't the firm for you. His excuse for lack of communication is to keep cost down. Do NOT expect for this office to guide you through this difficult process, it's bad enough that you have to grieve the loss of a loved one and then have to deal with an untrustworthy firm that will pretend to have your best interest in mind. Beware of Arrogant Andrew Ponnock!
