I live in Atlanta and my daughter is a grad student in Miami. On December 14th, she was cited for speeding and also given a CRIMINAL ticket (for having a Georgia driver’s license). She is a young woman who is working on a graduate degree to dedicate her life to helping others and we were blown away that she was now sitting with a criminal charge. We had researched prior about the need to change her DL and thought because she was a student, she could keep her permanent address license with is GA. I started researching to find an attorney who could help us (not always easy on the internet), but thankfully I found Russell Bernstein! I read every posted review and felt comfortable to reach out (even though I don’t always trust reviews these days). I was able to reach HIM immediately (not a receptionist – him). Within the first two minutes speaking with him, he calmed this momma’s worry from a level 10 to a level 2. He clearly explained the information and actions he needed from us (e.g. get a FL DL 😊). Fast forward to January 19th when I received a text from him (w/ a follow-up email) that ALL charges had been dismissed. I don’t know how he did it, but we are so grateful to and for Russell! I am confident that if we had tried to handle this independently, we would not have reached this outcome! He is professional, thoughtful, efficient and clearly capable.
