Michele filed an appeal for me after I lost a civil case in family court. I was very lucky to have had her recommended to me. I titled this incredibly thorough because she went through every single detail of my case and found numerous flaws in the judge’s ruling and submitted an amazing brief to the appellate court that allowed me to go back to court and have my case reopened. She was a pleasure to work with and was passionate, supportive and professional. I recommend her very highly!

My experience with Michelle.....over the last 45 years I have retained many, many attorneys. I had hired Michelle as an appellate attorney. She had written a 35 page motion on my behalf. I have to say that it was absolutely the very best motion I had ever read. Michele was on point and had by far exceeded my expectations. After an over ten year court battle, stemming from damages suffered during Hurricane Wilma, our condominium association hired Michele Feinzig from The Law Offices of Robin Bresky for an appeal from a Final Judgment that was in our favor, based on a recommendation from our Association attorney. It has been a pleasure to have an attorney whom is extremely knowledgable, confident and passionate with a very big heart.
