Sin duda uno de los mejores abogados que he podido tener, estuve con immigracion unos 3 meses con poco chance de salir con fianza pero Mr. Guerra hizo todo lo posible y logre la fianza..te dice las cosas claras y como son sin darte muchos enredos, es de mucha confianza y siempre esta a comunicacion contigo que es lo mas importante. Lo recomende a 2 de mis amigos mas cercanos con problemas de immigracion y no les ha fallado, ahora ellos son residentes de los estados unidos. Si tienen problema de immigracion o cualquier otro caso les recomiendo a Mr. Guerra, no les fallara.

I had a situation in relation to immigration application, so i found Guerra, and gave him a call around 6:00 pm. My expectation was a call mid next day, but he called me 7:40 pm that same night. I had a situation with my citizenship, ( i didnt know i was already a citizen and was facing some problems with INS). i called him and asked him if i could ask him a quick question. he said sure (mind you he was in the airport at this time) i asked and simply put he answered. he gave me a consulation over the phone and what was most important i spoke to him directly and not a secretary.
