Met with Scott referencing some issues that I could not find the answer to. Not only was he thorough in his explanations, he gave me the info on the statutes I needed and a professional opinion on how to proceed. I was interested in retaining him as an attorney and he explained that with my intentions and documentations it wouldn’t be necessary. He could’ve easily said otherwise just for the paycheck. Would definitely recommend

Gary did a phenomenal job for the family after the passing of my wife's Mother. He was referred to us and we had not previously met. As a Probate Attorney, he handled everything that was required and communicated how the process would unfold. Great support in my divorce Scott Stadler and his fantastic assistant Michelle were just so really supportive in some of the worst time in my life when I got divorced. It was done in a record time of under 3 months, and the results were acceptable for both parties. The other party lost somehow the sense of reality and we had to sort all details out. Mediation was long but conclusive. I highly recommend Scott he is sharp, a fantastic negotiator, good sense of humor and keeps your expenses well balanced, unlike many other Lawyers. Michelle his assistance is really a fantastic support and a great source of information.

Scott was my attorney for an alimony settlement. He was diligent getting all the paper work required and was successful at making a settlement that favored my situation. He was consistently informing me the events that took place. Michelle his secretary was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Scott.

If you have a child support case against you, do yourself a favor and represent yourself instead, because he's just going to take your money and on top of that you will get screwed at the hearing. My child support payment is so high that even ADP (the payroll company) by law is not allowed to deduct so much out of my paycheck. Apparently there are no fair laws for us dads in the state of Florida. So basically I will be homeless pretty soon. One star is a lot.

If anyone has a family law issue Scott Stadler is the lawyer to call. I have known Scott Stadler for over 20 years and I have referred many of my clients to him. I have never had a client be disappointed.
