Mr. Kowal was beyond responsive, he texted or called backed whenever he promised, which is rare for any attorney. He handled my case with empathy and compassion, as I was the tenant. He gave me great advice, and even reached out to the other attorney on my behalf. So glad I chose him to represent my mom. The case ended well with both sides happy!
