The best eviction attorneys in South Florida. I would not use anyone other than these attorneys to handle my eviction work.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I called three days ago looking for legal advice. I spoke with a woman who said she would pass along my number to the attorney, it's been three days and I received no call back. It's extremely unprofessional. Nobody wants their time wasted. Update- *Instead of being snooty and rude you could have replied to my review more professionally. It says A LOT about your firm. Your reply was 100% unhelpful and very passive aggressive. To clarify, I am not looking for free help. I found an attorney who is kind, professional and able to meet my needs. -One of those needs being a phone call returned in a timely fashion without any unwarranted attitude from someone I would potentially be paying a very high dollar sign. I'm reviewing your business because you are unprofessional. I attempted to use your service. It has been deemed unsatisfactory. My review stands. If anything, all you did was cement what I am saying. Thank you for that.

Wow is all I can say about Brian! He is the best there is out there. He really helped me and my family out through a tough time and he was very understanding. I found Brian Kowal while searching in desperation for a lawyer to help me. I had called multiple attorneys before I found Mr. Kowal through friends reco. Not one wanted to help and some never contacting after leaving several messages. I had what was called a Unlawful Detainer situation. Without going into crazy detail it’s where you find yourself in a situation where you’re allowing someone to live in your home temporarily without a lease and now it’s time for them to move and they won’t. I was in a bad situation in my home. When I lm with Mr. Kowal he literally contacted me within minutes. He explain to me exactly what was going to happen in my situation , within two days the person in my house was served papers. Within four weeks he was out of my house. Mr. Kowal was always there for me and extremely caring. Anyone who needs a lawyer and does not call Mr. Kowal is a fool. I will be forever thankful.
