I have referred several property owners to Brian, they all have told me that he is the best eviction attorney they have worked with. He always makes himself available to speak with them and guides them in the eviction process. He makes the process easy, quick and pain free. Brian took the time to conduct an initial consultation with me in a landlord tenant dispute and offered services at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. It seems like my landlord has a change of mind and now wants to work with me so I may not have to hire an attorney but Brian will be my speed dial go to attorney for landlord or tenant law issues. I would hire him in an instant - if legal representation is needed - with a bad landlord in South Florida. Don't let landlords take advantage of you. Thanks Brian.

My name Is James Vicente. Mr. Andres Lopez is simply the best attorney I ever had the pleasure dealing with. He took my case to go to trial only a few days before trial. His price was more than reasonable and he simply spanked the city code enforcement officer to the point that I didn't to say a word during the whole trial. In the end the case was dismissed and all charges were dropped. I would highly recommend Andres Lopez law firm to anyone who is looking for an attorney who is talented and is affordable.
