We contacted The Andres Lopez Law Firm when our bank rejected our short sale offer and served us with foreclosure papers. I was contacted back almost right away by Alex Livingston. It was after hours and she was willing to go over my case. She was very nice to work with and very accommodating. We were out of state and had issues with the property due to inheriting it. She worked with the bank, and then the new bank when it was changed. It was all very complicated but she got everything we needed and within 6 months, we were finished with a Deed in Lieu instead of foreclosure.
