I contacted Brian to try to collect the outstanding rent or evict the tenants. He explained to me the different stages of the legal process and from the time he sent the tenants the Three Day Notice to the day of Final Eviction Hearing, Brian always answered my questions and/or concerns (being patient with me because I don't speak English well), helping me endlessly on the Final Eviction Hearing in the Court to achieve the best solution as landlord. And all this added value for very reasonable fees (lower than other attorneys). For the above, I recommend all property owners, realtors, property managers to use Brian's services.
