Highly recommended. I am an American working in Germany. I had a complicated Real Estate transaction that would have normally required immediate travel to the USA but instead was handled completely, professionally and successfully by Mr. Landau and his firm. Maria did an excellent job and was of tremendous help. She is responsive, professional, well experienced, and a joy to work with. I also feel that she is honest and our process was very straightforward. We didn’t have any problems, no forgotten signatures, no missing documents, and no delays. Everything was done promptly and accurately. The price of her service seemed good to us as well. As my husband and I applied for my green card she informed us of my options, helped me apply for early parole and help make a very important trip possible. I received my green card in 5 months! Maria helped us through our application and checked in on us until the end of the process. We are very grateful. We know our case was handled well and we are also grateful to God for arranging our situation and granting us a trustworthy and reliable lawyer.

Helped me and my mom with her citizenship approval. Maria helped us with the sponsor paperwork, meetings, all the way from her state. She aided my mom with potential questions for the interview which my mom utilized. It was granted August 2024 thanks to Maria’s help. I have used Gary Landau to handle three of my real estate transactions and also to set-up my Revocable Trust, and Living Will. On all matters, he is extremely knowledge and professional, and is very easy to communicate with. I keep going back to him, and have referred others to him and do so without hesitation.
