I needed help with a probate issue, and after speaking with quite a few lawyers, Gary was the only one who didn't rush me on the phone listened to what I needed, and was extremely honest. From Gary and his assistant Kathy..called and left message..actually got a returned call promptly from kathy..after explaining what the issue was got a call back from Gary in short-time span..He listened to my questions and concerns re:adding my wife of 35 yrs. to the deed on our home of 20 years..Gary clearly outlined the pros and cons of adding my wife..he explained probate obstacle, homestead exemption and more..Gary recommended a Quit claim deed to be filed w. Broward and thus add my wife to the property to avoid probate.. Which we completed and Gary filed with clerk.. Bottom line: Gary Landau and staff did a great job! Quickly and BTW @ reasonable cost...Recommend Gary Landau to anyone experiencing any issues w. Real Estate..

Gary handled an estate matter for me as I am the executor but live in NJ. the bank had the account of the deceased and a fair amount of $ which it made Gary jump thru hoops to get for the estate. He never gave up regardless of the silly document demands, while keeping me informed of everything along the way for the 3 months it took to get the bank to release the funds. Without his tenacious attention we would have given up. I think anyone who retains him will be well served.

Crissy and her team are super compassionate and efficient. They are a go to for any Florida probate cases we may come across. I highly recommend the LLF team for probate and estate planning matters!
