Gary Landau was recommended to me by my realtor Nathalie Douglas. My mom had just passed away in her home in Florida leaving me as long distance trustee of her trust. I live in Chicago. I knew next to nothing about trusts, wills, probate, estates, etc. and in general this was a very bad time for me. Gary answered all of my questions whether via email, text or phone call. He replied quickly when I reached out to him with all of the things I didn’t understand. Gary even replied when he was out of town for a long weekend getaway. His dedication to me and my concerns was very much appreciated. There were several roadblocks in trying to sell my mom’s condo and Gary explained each of those and why these sorts of things happen. In the end because of Gary and Nathalie’s dedication I was able to close successfully on my mother’s condo. Both Gary and Nathalie turned out to be two of the best people I’ve had the pleasure to work with especially at such a sad and hectic time in my life. I am grateful to them both and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing real estate and real estate legal services.
