After trying 2 or 3 lawyers to do a probate and feeling like they wanted every last dime i had.I decided to go to Gary with a recommendation from a friend.i was so glad.The other lawyers were looking for every charge they could find,that i got a headache.Gary on the other hand was very friendly and warm.He was a breath of fresh air after the vultures i had gone to.His fees were considerably less and you could trust his judgement.He was a regular guy and not a money hungry lawyer.All i can say is that he is a very good person and easy to deal with. We thought we had lost a property in 2008 but it was Gary Landau who helped us cut through the red tape to discover that the property was not lost at all. Because of him we were able to reclaim our "lost" house. He is a true professional. If you are looking for a real estate attorney, he is the one.
