I was rear-ended while at a red light, by a speeding car within a construction zone, under a block away from their office. After the initial shock of the accident wore off, I saw they were close by so I gave them a call. Was told that it was during lunch and that I would get a call back within an hour. 2 hours pass might don't get a call so I call them back. He asked me if I was hurt. I told him that I had some whiplash, and some anxiety. She says okay. Puts me on hold for 2 minutes. Comes back to the phone and says if you're not seriously injured we will not take your case. Called a different law firm, I was treated with respect , they respected my time. So I went with them. I get a call from this law firm almost a week after I called, asking if I still need assistants with my accident. No you guys brushed me off. Why would I want to do business with you?
