Overall Representation of my case was a 3/5 the problem is once you go to the office, the dignity and respect goes away. I had the pleasure of having Lloyd Basso represent me and I must say he did a pretty ok job. Now when it came to his assistant Sandra, most times when I called for updates she would sometimes sound annoyed by me even calling, and honestly they're supposed to call me, you would think?? So I basically had just stop calling! Now the kicker is when you get to the office, you would expect the Lawyer who represented you, to come out and greet /congratulate you 🤔 NOPE not for me, and the 2 I believe spanish girls at the Representative desk in the front right as you walk in I don't know their names, but I must say the one at the very front was very nice and respectful, the one in the back, completely ignored my existence, while I tried to ask a question, she looked me right in my eyes and didn't say a word, in which I don't care, Im just telling the true facts. So like I said overall I give everything a 3/5, because Im very BIG on RESPECT, Im also very OBSERVANT and I don't feel that I got the proper respect! Would be a 5/5 if I didn't get the unwelcoming feeling from Representative #2 and Sandra!
