Tengo que decir que estoy gratamente sorprendida. Desde el día 1 que los contacté hasta la resolución de mi caso, me sentí acompañada y comprendida en todo momento. Quiero darle immensas gracias a mi abogada Jessika Lorie y a su equipo Caroline and Jennifer. Muchas veces dudamos en buscar la ayuda de un abogado. Les recomiendo que si tienen un accidente laboral, no intenten resolver las cosas por su cuenta, contactenlos a ellos. Creanme cuando les digo que las leyes no todos la entendemos y conocemos. Creo que si yo hubiese decidido hacer esto por mi cuenta los resultados no hubiesen sido tan exitosos como los de ahora. Excelente atención, servicio y muy empáticos. Mi caso fue bastante complicado y ellos siempre atendieron mis llamadas y la abogada Jessika siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo. Dios los bendiga y espero que sigan ayudando a las personas como yo, que en algun momento me sentí sola y desamparada y ellos dieron la cara por mi y lucharon hasta el final. A la abogada Jessika Lorie y a su equipo Jennifer y Caroline, Dios las bendiga. Sigan ayudando y peleando por los derechos de los empleados. Fue muy bueno el servicio Prestado por la compañía. Recibí el Máximo de mi compensación Por mi accidente y no tuve que pagar hasta que el caso fue ganado.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their service... I started out with an attorney that made me feel comfortable with choosing this firm and a few months into the case, he left without notice...it wasn't until the day of my mediation that I found out... The attorney that took over the case obviously had not reviewed the case (not even knowing the original suit amount) and instead of putting it off to properly represent me, she pushed forward to settle with no research or getting to know the situation, etc. After the mediation hearing she (new appointed attorney) pushed to settle for an amount that was a fraction of what we set out for (and an insult to my suffering)..while advising me that if I didn't take it, it could possibly be nothing (due to them not investigating as I was promised they would, by the original attorney). Being in a financial bind and believing her, I verbally agreed to take the offer (while speaking my disappointment). A few days later, I spoke with another law firm that recommended, I not take the offer, after hearing the circumstances. I immediately tried calling the attorney back, but couldn't get her on the phone (for days)...a few days later she called back and I told her, I do not want to take the offer (since I hadn't signed any docs). Her response was, "I'm sorry but you can't do that, your verbal agree has been taken as an agreement", etc So, I d been forced to settle for an amount that only put me in a situation of medical and financial burden...having to continue with surgeries and treatment that was never even considered. Nor did I have the opportunity to discuss with the new attorney that was hired to fight for "me". Instead, I was made to feel like a number they wanted to erase from their records at their earliest convenience. I feel soo taken advantage of and dismissed by a firm that was paid to fight for me. I would strongly advise not to used a firm such as this and though you're paying your attorney to defend and safeguard your best interest, to definitely get a second opinion from another attorney prior to responding... I don't believe nor feel this firm (or at least this particular attorney) has the client's best interest in mind...just getting paid while doing as least as possible. If I could've given them zero stars, I would've.
