I was the prevailing party in an EXTREMELY complex and highly litigious trial court case in Broward County, a very tumultuous time of my life nonetheless. After having this success and starting to feel some sense of resolve, the opposing party in the case suddenly filed a Notice of Appeal sometime after the Final Judgment was signed by the judge—just when I thought this was all over. Not knowing what to fully expect in this new process, I began to do my own independent research and waited for the appeals process to move forward by the opposing party (appellant). As the process continued to progress, I realized that I needed legal representation in this matter, specifically, someone with in-depth knowledge and experience with handling appeals. I WAS FALSELY CHARGED IN A CRIMINAL CASE THAT I FOUGHT FOR 12 YEAR 3 DAYS-8 DIFFERENT ATTORNEY'S. THE STATE OF FLORIDA EVEN WENT AS FAR AS ATTEMPTING TO TAKE MY MEDICAL LICENSE THROUGH FALSE BOARD OF MEDICINE ALLEGATIONS NOT IN JUST ONE PROBABLE CHARGE CASE BUT 2 PROBABLE CHARGE CASES. 4 ADMINISTRATIVE ATTORNEYS WHO DID NOTHING. DURING THE FIRST PROBABLE CASE CASE THE LORD LEAD US TO LANE WHO IMMEDIATELY AND DILIGENTLY WENT TO WORK ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE CASE-HER WORK WAS SO EXCELLENT THAT WE WON THE APPEAL. LANE THAN WENT TO WORK ON THIS LANGUISHING CRIMINAL CASE THAT I COULD NOT BEG, PLEAD AND CRY TO GET ANY OF THE 8 PRIOR ATTORNEY'S TO DO ANY WORK. ONCE LANE WENT INTO ACTION RESEARCHING AND WRITING MOTIONS 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE TRAIL DATE ALL LANE'S MOTIONS WERE FILED AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA DROPPED ALL 31 FELONY COUNTS AGAINST ME. LANE DOES WHAT EVERY OTHER ATTORNEY JUST LIES TO GET YOUR MONEY THAN SITS BACK WANTING YOU TO TAKE THE PLEA DEAL BECAUSE THEY REALLY HADN'T PLANNED ON REALLY WORKING YOUR CASE. AFTER 12 YEARS AND 3 DAYS, $400,000.00 TO USELESS ATTORNEYS, ALL THE PAIN SUFFERING AND LOSS OF EVERYTHING I OWNED I AM TRULY FREE -(BROKE AND FINANCIAL RUINED). I THANK GOD EVERYDAY FOR MY FREEDOM AND FOR PUTTING LANE IN MY PATH OF FREEDOM. SHE WAS THE ONLY ATTORNEY WHO ACTUALLY PUT IN THE EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK.
