I have know Marty for many years and unfortunately had to retain his services twice for DUI. The first time he arrived at the jail early in the morning for my first presentation and was able to get me released. He represented me and got a fair verdict considering the circumstances. The most recent DUI he got the call at night and was ready to represent me for the first presentation the next morning, but I was able to bond out. He again charged me a reasonable fee and was able to get my charge reduced to Reckless Driving. He is well know and respected in the court system and I would highly recommend him for any of your legal problems.

The only good thing about this man's practice is his paralegal, Jessica. Martin Knopes is a worthless, alcoholic, money hungry waste of time. After seven months of payments, while incarcerated AND pregnant, he was not even able to get me a 3 day furlough to have my baby, let alone accomplish anything in regard to my case. Within 45 days of firing him and hiring someone else, my situation was resolved. Thanks, Marty, for taking my money and doing nothing for me!

i was arrested for 6 felonies june 25th 2019 my charges were dismissed jan 16th 2020 and im not even from Florida my retainer was 7500 well worth it thanks Mr knopes ill never forget what you done for me shout out to his staff Jessica for being very professional and consistent through out if you find yourself in Florida in a legal bind in the crestview destin Florida area okaloosa county hes number 1 he even dropped me off at the airport and gave me some cash for food for my trip home
