We closed on an investment property today in Florida and my husband and I are in California. It was almost too easy, Melissa worked tirelessly for us via email as she navigated everything with our realtor, stuff for the survey, insurance, notary, etc. It was the least stressful situation considering such a big purchase. I was trying to finish out my deceased wife's estate and my attorney John Council had a health issue. Mr. Council referred me to Jarod. I own a software business and have been through multiple legal situations in relations to piracy. Additionally, I have been through the unfortunate process of divorce at a personal level. I believe Jarod is probably the attorney I have dealt with in my lifetime who I favor. He is professional, courteous, and was not looking to bill you for every situation and email he sent. If I have a need in the future for an attorney I will work with Jarod.
