They were hired by the board of directors for our community to write a letter scolding the residents and telling them to be nice. They have no clue what goes on in this park and how badly this board of directors has acted and has resulted in the residents being upset and wanting the board replaced. Such a ridiculous waste of money. Seriously, you need a lawyer to write a letter scolding the residents?
