We have used Waller & Scharber on several of our closings. The team is thorough and professional! If you have an issue they solve it. They have the resources necessary to overcome every hurdle if one exists, however, their insight and experience sees issues upfront to solve them proactively verses doing so at the last minute. We will use them on all of our closings!

Thus far, I have had a stellar experience with Waller & Scharber, P.A. Mr. Jarrod Scharber is a "straight-shooter," honest without "sugar-coating" possible outcomes. He is professional, articulate, and extremely focused. Mr. Scharber employs a holistic approach in his practice and counsel, always addressing the immediate issues while still seeing "the bigger picture." He never uses legal methods to solely hurt or anger an opposing party as his focus is to act in the best interest of his client, their child(ren), and their families for positive results in the long-term. Mrs. Melissa Scharber is kind, compassionate, sensitive, and is the perfect complement to Mr. Scharber's services. She, and the office staff, maintain courteous and timely communication. They are always willing to assist to the best of their abilities and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and ensure the client's privacy.

If you notice all good reviews about this office are for Jarrod Scharber, he seems wonderful. However as for Chelsea Waller, who is taking over for her father Charles because he is supposed to be retiring, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. My fiancé and I got stuck with her and she is the most incompetent attorney we have ever dealt with. It took 3 different phone calls for Chelsea to comprehend that my fiancé, who has been a client in the office for over 3 years, had 2 kids and not 1. Not to mention the rest of the office staff is rude, take forever to complete any requests and they will charge you for anything and everything down to the paper and postage that they print your invoices on. Needless to say after we were handed off to Chelsea we have received nothing but poor service all the way around. I highly advise that if you do go to this office request ONLY to work with Jarrod otherwise you will be immensely disappointed. Chelsea needs to return to school for a little more education before working with the public, her law and customer service skills are subpar to say the very least. *After the office responded to my review stating they had never represented me in any capacity it was confirmed that they had in fact represented me along with my fiance. They just yet again did not have all of their information correct before responding. Having your information correct before speaking goes a long way especially if you own your own attorneys office*

Mellissa was very instrumental in making sure that everything needed was provided in a timely fashion.
