I have known Blake Holtzhower for a number of years and am truly grateful that when it came time for my wife and I to do our living wills and estate planning, we could entrust the responsibility to Blake and the Mann office. All of our questions were answered and our options thoroughly explained, and the team made the entire process very easy, giving us tremendous peace of mind. Highly Recommend.

Blake handled our wills/trusts. We followed him from another law firm and needed our wills updated once our son was born. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable of the updates needed with great communication. We highly recommend him!

My husband and I have known professionally of Seth for many years in our Law Enforcement careers here in Pasco and Hernando Counties. At first Seth Mann seems like he is going to take care of everything. I trusted him to handle my dad’s estate through probate. After our initial meeting, I never heard from Mr. Mann. All my dealings were with his law clerk Richard. 2 of my family members reached out by email and phone to ask some questions. Richard said Mr. Mann would contact them back, but he never did! My brother asked by email a question about contesting a will. After that email to Mr. Mann, I received a phone call from Richard, that Seth Mann does not handle any wills that may be contested and he is giving me back the packet. I was upset that I was never told this in the beginning. Plus my brother was asking a question. He had no intention of contesting our dad’s will. Seth Mann had my dad’s will and all the information for 4 1/2 months. From September2023 to February 2024. I asked Richard what work was done on my dad’s case? I was told nothing because I didn’t sign any agreement to retain Mr. Mann as the attorney, nor did I pay a retainer fee. Why would I give them all the paperwork if they were not hired? Plus their was no retainer fee. The lawyer get 3% after the will goes through probate! So Mr. Mann did nothing to help my dad or my family settle his estate! After my experience, I could never suggest anyone use this lawyer! He wasted our time! I was told it would take 9-12 months. We thought we were 1/2 way there , to learn we are starting from scratch!

My wife and I reached out to inquire about Will and Trust planning which seemed overwhelmingly complicated. Seth Mann took all of our fear and confusion away in a matter of minutes. His knowledge and experience made us quickly realize the “we were in good hands “. His professionalism was matched by his personable demeanor. His work was extremely thorough and very reasonably priced. 5 stars across the board!
