I met this lawyer and i was afraid of my case, or would i have enough for a lawyer. Mr.Rodger Elkind answered my call and made my worries and troubles go away. This lawyer did not stop until i was stress free person again and in his power, he would take any case to the max length to make his client safe as possible in the best way. I received a letter in the mail this year in June from Broward County Court House informing me that I had to attend a zoom meeting with a judge and a lawyer that was representing a client from the bus accident that is injured. When I attended the meeting I was informed after three years later of being involved In a accident with a Broward County City Bus that hit my vehicle and tore off my front bumper of my vehicle, and caused other damages to the front of the vehicle resulting in a total loss, I was being sued by a man that said he fell down on the bus and was hurt. He said he was receiving treatment since 2017, and was asking for money for medical expenses and a hip replacement surgery. The reason he could sue me is because the officer that responded to the accident back in 2017 issued me a ticket, and wrote I was making a u turn into a moving bus. I was waiting at a complete stop to merge into the lane and go straight, when the bus entered my lane and hit my vehicle. I called Geico to see what they could do to defend me to my surprise, I didn’t have bodily insurance, and I was still paying on my vehicle. I had my license suspended and I had to fight to have the ticket removed from my record, and they could not defend me against being sued. I had to hire a lawyer. I hired Roger Elkind to defend me.
