I originally contacted Mr. Andrew Winston about a car accident I had 8 years ago. He was the ONLY attorney who scheduled time for me. Ultimately, he wasn’t able to assist me in that case. But I was so grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I appreciated the time he took in meeting with me. I had an odd car accident in the summer of 2022. Ms. Madeleine Mannello represented me in the case. I expected a much smaller settlement. They under-promised, but over delivered! Ms. Mannello went above and beyond by negotiating my medical bills. Her actions benefited me greatly so I was able to retain more of my settlement. I don’t think any other law firm would negotiate one’s medical bills. I am so grateful she was my attorney!!! Their whole team is amazing! Linda, Valentina, and Jennifer are all proactive, kind, and communicative. If you are in search of an aggressive law firm, who goes above and beyond, then reach out to Winston Law Firm! I would give them 10 Stars if I could!
