Hew was very thorough and painstakingly careful and accurate in his explanation of what my mother and I wanted to accomplish. I would highly recommend Horacio Sosa as an attorney. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing a review on my experience with attorney Horacio Sosa. I cannot find the word that means beyond excellence in both his professional, and dealing with people skills. I am very happy with the results of what i needed done. He was always accessible by phone or email. He explained everything about the legal process of what i needed done in clear and layman's terms so that i could understand and feel secure that he was accomplishing exactly what i went to him for. He also made suggestions and taught me about other things that i would need to help me in my future and i decided to go with that as well. I interviewed 5 attorneys before Horacio and I didn't feel comfortable enough to retain any of them as my lawyer. The document he wrote was extremely thorough. I would recommend his services for anyone who needs an attorney for what he specializes in. Horacio Sosa is truly a gentleman and a scholar as well as an accompished attorney and just a really nice human being. Finding an attorney particularly for what i needed one for can be a very anxiety producing process. It is hard to establish a feeling a trust in a professional one doesn't really know. i found him on google so it's not as though i had a recommendation. This is why after the experience of working with him I can say i am very satisfied with his work, his knowledge of the law in his special field and his general respectful attitude toward his clients. That was my experience.

We had many questions about how to deal with the situation with our aunt of 84 -year-old widow with Alzheimer's disease and all aspects of elder law and Lawyer Horacio Sosa answered all these questions thoroughly. Clearly, he has extensive experience in Elder Law, and he knows the details and nuances of applicable laws and how to translate these laws in calculations of risk / benefit of the real world. We found our consultation with lawyer Horacio Sosa very successful so we decided to hire him. Finally, after a few months and many processes, our aunt was approved by Medicaid.

I hired Mr. Sosa to write my living will. I thought it would be a daunting, long, complicated process but Mr. Sosa made it easy and uncomplicated. I achieved everything I wanted and much more. I have decided to use his services for much more of my legal needs. I would definitely refer his services.

I am elated. Mr. Sosa had already been highly and warmly recommended by another lawyer friend, but the face-to-face experience in our first meeting with him were, frankly, more than we ever expected. The professionalism and expertise of Mr. Sosa paid off for my mom's somewhat complicated situation only a week after I went in with her for his advice. First off, as I had been accustomed to most other lawyers, I expected him to start looking at his watch half way through the meeting. He never did that. Not only that, but we didn't leave his office until TWO HOURS later, after he was sure that he understood exactly the specifics of our situation, and was able to advise us accordingly. Of course we retained his services on the spot, and we are happy we did it! I would gladly reccommend Mr. Sosa to anyone worried about getting the proper benefits for an elderly member of their family.

Mr. Sosa saw us the same afternoon and was kind enough to wait for us even though he knew we would be late. His office was welcoming and his assistant was courteous and attentive. Mr. Sosa was friendly and very approachable, giving us the comfort and trust we needed to open up to him. He answered every question with certainty and kindness. His reassurance and guidance gave us the strength we needed to move forward and make decisions we were not ready for or options knew we had. He showed us compassion and empathy, which we were surprised to see from an attorney. No disrespect to Attorney's, of course. He took us through the different scenarios very clearly and carefully, allowing us for time to understand, question and react to the matters at hand. This case is very taxing on us emotionally and very despairing. He understood that and helped us stay focused and grounded throughout our visit. He gave us so much more of his time than we had anticipated. He never rushed us and made sure were felt complete with all our questions and his answers before completing the meeting. Upon completion, we noticed he had given us over 2 hours. We felt completely safe. He restored our ability to trust and gain more confidence. We now feel the peace and hope had been lacking and restored our vigor and our capability to act responsibly within the law, while at the same time desire to play with the sharks and still be in our integrity. If you have the opportunity to visit with Horacio Sosa, do not hesitate. The knowledge and wealth of information and opportunity he shares has given us our lives back and have the faith that we will overcome this unfortunate event he have been made to participate in. We highly recommend Mr. Sosa and believe if he stands by our side, we will be in good company and in good faith. I believe he cares for his clients, as it was very evident in our meeting.
