I lost my job on September 11, 2018, I reached out to this firm as this was an unfair decision to lose my job over. There was a case and this team and Richard Cellar's office always made me feel confident in knowing they would defend my case till the end. It was a year process but, they did what they said they would and got a great settlement and outcome for me and my family. As a single mom, this was a blessing to be help by the team of experts. They are the go-to firm in Florida and are always willing to go the extra mile in seeing justice done. I highly recommend them and you won't regret going to them either.

I had an admittedly tricky case of age discrimination from a very large corporate employer. I was wrongfully terminated because of it and took my case to Mr Cellar’s firm. Despite the fact that I am not the type to sue anyone, and a lot of my evidence was difficult to prove, not only did Mr Cellar agree to take my case but aggressively pursued every avenue possible to come to a fair and just outcome. Mr Cellar and his staff always were very professional and always took my calls, and emails and if unavailable at the time, got back to me quickly, answered my questions, and explained all of my options and gave suggestions of options moving forward. A couple of times when I was ready to give up, they encouraged me to persevere. Even tho ultimately we came to a mutual decision to drop the pursuit of my case, it was in N0 WAY for lack of effort on Mr Cellar and his staffs efforts. As the song says sometimes you’ve got to know when to fold em, and in my case, although we both firmly believed I was wronged, there was just too much evidence that was difficult to prove .... so the little guy gets stepped on by corporate America yet again. However Mr Cellar and his staff are the best... I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

very good lawyer and worked very fast I called other lawyers and they didn't want to take my case but Richard Cellars team did without hesitation my employer violated my Fmla rights they were a very big company and I was concerned but Cellar law firm knew I was in the right from the beginning and gave me great results and I would definitely refer this law firm to everyone
