I was a little skeptical at first after reading his review but after talking to him and his staff I decided to hire him. They are very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions from the beginning. If I had additional questions all I needed to do was call the office and they would be answered by his wonderful staff. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Thank you for all your help.

I don't even feel right giving him one star. We went to him for a ch. 13 in an attempt to save our home during the housing market collapse several years back. After filing, we noticed that we were still receiving one of the main bills we were putting into the bankruptcy. He told us that it was a clerical error and the only way to amend would be to dismiss and file a second ch.13. Being very young and naive we didn't question like we should have, he was an attorney after all. So we went ahead with the process. after going through all the work of refiling, he then told us that he required a second retainer fee of $4000. As we started talking to people we found three other people we knew of who had used him and two of the three had the same experience.... Incorrect filing due to clerical error and a second ch.13 filed with more retainer fees charged. In the end, it still wasn't done correctly, we ended up with no choice but to foreclose on the home we tried so hard to save. And now a ch. 7 to wrap up the whole thing. 3 public records and never a late bill in our lives. We still cannot buy a home years later due to the general jack-assery of this greedy jerk. STAY AWAY at all costs!!!!!
