Hired Mr. Barnette recently. He's direct, no fluff. Very knowledgeable about the law and very experienced. He will tell you the pros and cons of your case and not blow smoke.

Excellent family law attorney. Michael knew everything we needed to win our case regarding estate issues and he was very affordable. He is now entrusted with all of our family's legal affairs. Estates, wills, etc. He always goes above and beyond and we are very appreciative for everything.

Mr. Barnette helped my son with a custody case involving his little girl. My son was very unfamiliar with the law and frankly needed knowledge and protection. Mr. Barnette stepped in and provided the needed protection ( all of us as a family knew what was right for my precious granddaughter , but did not know how to handle it). He guided my son into good decisions involving his daughter and then made the decisions legal. Much later after the case was settled we sent a picture of my son and granddaughter to him , he was appreciative and responded back to us that he was glad everybody was doing well. Bottom line is, he cares!

Michael is an excellent attorney. I was falsely accused of domestic violence and child abuse when my ex-wife left the state of Florida with my children. It was thru Michael's expertise of not only trial law but appellate law as well that I was successfully able to gain custody of my children.
