We hired Dan for 2 separate cases. Dan listened to everything we had to say, provided us with our options, advised of how the options would play out for us, never once not giving us the best options for us, and ultimately won our case to our satisfaction. My case was dismissed and the other was resolved without any impacts. He went to the DMV, got our license back real quick for a DUI and basically had this case solid. He looked at every single angle and knew how to attack to deliver a solid and strong resolution. He was available via email, cell, text, and anytime we needed him. He bought us time when we needed it and ultimately was a great lawyer. He listened to every single question and answered everything in detail. For a DUI in Florida, I strongly, 100% recommend him and would hire him in a heartbeat. Don't second guess this choice.

Mr. Leising was awsome. I got in serious trouble that could have cost me my nursing career. I got all 3 serious charges drop and all I need to do was take an 8 hour online anger management course which I was done with in 1 day. I feel very blessed to have had him as my lawyer.
