Started off so promising, but quickly went down hill. You never know who you are going to talk to as the office staff is constantly changing in which scares me as they all have access to your information! Very difficult to have any real conversation with Vagovic. They will set up an appointment, but often be late or have some excuse to reschedule. And when it comes down to the trial day, the first words out of his mouth was "We're screwed!" The guy didn't even subpoena witnesses that I personally encouraged to have testify! He shows no "teeth" when it comes to negotiating with the opposing side. Just caves in and leaves you standing there trying to handle it yourself. Spent a lot of money just to be beat up. RUN do not walk away from this one. There are much better out there.

He does not practice law accordingly, I was a client of his for a case in Florida. I have a small claim case about $2000, hired him to represent me for a flat fee and show up for a hearing since I was far, he assured me to show up for hearing/trial in an email which will not exceed the amount, but he never showed up for a hearing, I gone through very difficult times, after a year I brought the case up and won the case on the phone by myself. He knew how to maximize his hours instead of doing the right kind of work for a case and his fees exceed the amount of claim. This attorney talked me into signing an hourly agreement with him to get paid for a retainer and got money out of me, he's a young attorney, but has no way to make a case better. During the arbitration, he told the arbitrator, he trough me law, help the case dismissed, actually he's lack of experience, filed useless paper work which I already filed, didn't bring continue the case when the other party filed a fake motion and forgot the case after until I brought the case back to Calendar, then he got paid for $1200 without a hearing and dropped out. He never inform me anything, delayed the time to file for attorney fees. How could a small calim case happen like this? Ann

I was arrested on a high profile case that could have ruined me for life. Well i must have meet with 6 lawyers and there prices were crazy and i plus all they cared about was getting my money I found kevin and the minute i was talking to him he was my lawyer. Better late than never, I am here to say that not for one second will you ever regret contacting Kevin for his services. I was so lucky to come across his information and that he didn't hesitate for one second to help me out. My boyfriend kicked me out of my apartment and due to that stress and finding another place, getting my half of the security deposit didn't even register in my mind. When it finally dawned on me and I contacted the realty office I found out that they rolled the deposit into my ex's new lease and they refused to give it to me. Mind you the security deposit receipt, that they wrote and provided me with, only had MY name on it. I had contacted another lawyer first, his charges were crazy and he didn't really seem like he had my best interest in mind. And then I found Kevin! He charged me a reasonable price AND had to go back and forth with them multiple times, but within a month that check was in my hands. I can't thank him enough!

I was having trouble with my homeowner's association and referred to Mr. Vagovic for legal options. I had been parking my vehicle in the driveway, which the HOA claimed was against regulations. I was not only resident to park in the driveway, though I was the only resident to receive menacing letters from the HOA, threatening me with fines. This was my first time dealing with trouble from the HOA, so I was nervous and felt bullied. Mr. Vagovic inspired confidence and did not let the HOA push me around. He was expedient, calm, and professional when dealing with the HOA. Ultimately, I ended up paying no fees to the HOA, and their intimidating letters and phone calls stopped. Though I no longer live in the neighborhood where this occurred, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I hope to never have to deal with this sort of trouble again, but if I do I will enlist Mr. Vagovic's legal service.
