If you want a responsive respected firm that gets results then Chanfrau and Chanfrau is that team. The insurance company went from initially low balling our claim to tendering the full amount. Thank you Kelly for fighting for me while I focused on recuperating!

Great experience! Kelly and her staff, especially Melanie were so professional. They told me to not worry and that they would handle everything and so they did. Her staff is great and very patient. They answer all the questions you have and take the time to listen. I received updates anytime something new happened. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend this office!

Allowed them to take my case after my last lawyer wasn't doing anything and they disrespected me every chance they got. I was belittled over the work I do. I was ignored and they refused to explain they process leaving me confused. They recommended me doctors who were just as rude. My settlement was so little because they refused to put the work into "a small case".

Chanfrau & Chanfrau is definitely who you want to call to handle your case. This office is very genuine, they do things within a timely manner, great at communicating, they’ll go to bat for their clients well being and lots more! I had a horrible previous lawyer and switched to Chanfrau & Chanfrau, and they’re amazing. Bill, Twila and Roxie were awesome and took the time to listen to my concerns and entire situation. Bill is hard working and has good values that he follows. Twila heard me out and took time to discuss with me. Roxie works aggressively for her clients best interest and believes in working hard to get what is right for the client. She is persistent and stays on top of her clients case, which other lawyers offices don’t always do. What I mostly like and appreciate is how great of a communicator Roxie is and how she knew what was going on at all times. This office knows what they’re talking about and can really help you. This Law Firm was more than generous with me they made exceptions that are uncommon for a law firm and got the maximum amount I could get in my lawsuit I am extremely happy with how they handled my case and would go to them immediately if I ever had another case again
