My experience with the law office of Chanfrau & Chanfrau was nothing short of phenomenal. I was involved with a hit from behind car accident late on a Friday afternoon. I called and expected nothing until Monday at the earliest, what I got was two returned phone calls the same night, an in person appointment the following Monday and I felt as if I was Kelly's only client. Her team cared about my health first then my vehicle damage. Everyone from Kelly Chanfrau, down to the person answering the phones kept me informed about my case and resolved my case in a very timely manner. Have you heard of Laura Barrios,no you say? Well, why not?! She's only the UNICORN of the law world. Kind, extremely intelligent, stunningly beautiful , and most importantly sincere. I'm not going to lie, you almost want to hate her for being so perfect, but she's so fantastically wonderful you can't!!! If she was the standard in the law community the world would truly be a better place. I don't know how Chanfrau and Chanfrau got lucky enough to have her on their team , but I hope they do whatever it takes to keep her! I highly recommend Chanfrau and Chanfrau, she's not the only stellar teammate they have. Just to shine some recognition where it's due, Lori and Sherly are ALSO phenomenal. Patient, oh so Patient in fact lop , kind, warm, and hardworking . I just truly can't say enough about this team and the time they take for you. What a rarity. I hope if you are ever in the terrible position of needing an auto accident lawyer , you choose them. They will have your back sincerely and work on your behalf without having to be supervised. Absolutely a 5 star firm ! Our Attorney was Greg Olsen and he was wonderful. Everyone at the Daytona office is polite, friendly and professional. This was our first time retaining a lawyer so of course we had lots of questions and concerns. They handled everything. Answered all our questions in terms we could understand. All we had to worry about was getting my Husband well enough to get out of the hospital. This firm truly cares about their clients. But, the very best thing about Chanfro & Chanfro is Senior Paralegal, Laura. She went way above and beyond for us. I can't begin to explain everything she did for our family that was not actually within her scope of employment.
