I have known William Chanfru Jr. Since I was 12. Even back then .... He was always smiling, caring, friendly and positive! I had a nasty rear end collision a while back, after getting home from the E.R. I called and spoke with William Jr. and immediately new he was going to take care of me and my family. I am truly, honestly, heartfelt grateful to Mr. William “Bill” Chanfrau Jr. and his wonderful assistant Amanda Manley. On Sept. 12, 2014, my fiancé was in a horrific head on collision in which it took rescuers 1 ½ hours to cut him out of the vehicle. Not knowing what to do, I called numerous major well-known attorneys in central Florida. I was leaving messages and speaking with call centers. I was very distraught then my phone rang and it was Amanda… on a Saturday! Bill and Amanda came to his hospital room on a weekend to speak with me in person, I did my best to explain his situation. They were caring and empathic and said they would take care of everything… And they did. Any question or concern I had, they answered, day or night, weekday or weekend. Now that is over a year later and the case has been closed, I know I can still call and speak with them. If ever I need an attorney, they will be number one on my list. Eleven and 1/2 years ago, I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident during Bike Week. After I woke up in the hospital, being told my arm had been surgically fixed, we'd have to talk about taking my leg. Aside from the injuries, I was in FL from PA - my first time. I needed to find an Attorney and was glad to find that one of the Doctors was very familiar with Bill Chanfrau, Sr., rather than having an ambulance chasing firm contact me. Bill and his Paralegal, Roxie, came to the hospital to interview me - and after I hired them, they literally took care of everything. Roxie kept in constant communication to let me know the status of my case, and was so welcoming and helpful, that to this day, we are still good friends. It was looking like I may get very little compensation for losing a leg, and other injuries, but the Chanfrau team dug and found a detail that many other firms would have easily overlooked. No amount of money will ever bring my leg or pre-accident self back, but with the settlement, I am able to live life comfortably.
