Exhusband decided to stop paying alimony without contacting me. Catherine Swain took immediate action and matter was resolved through mediation in a timely matter. She was reluctant to go to court with me for hearings. Twice I went on my own - when my husband whom I was divorcing was sitting across the isle with his lawyer. One time the judge called her office to find out where she was. There was no answer. When my husband and I reconciled a few weeks later, I asked her to go over a post-nuptial contract that we wanted drawn up - and for the 3rd time she requested that I fill out our assets again before she was prepared to look over the post-nup........ And that was the end of my relationship with Ms. Swain.
