Michael Rodriguez is one of the top criminal attorneys in the Daytona beach and surrounding areas . I've dealt with attorneys in my past and what stands out with Michael is his brutal honesty and the fact that he's always accessible . If I had a question it was answered if I needed to speak to him Danny his legal secretary would always make sure that he received the message and got back to me promptly it may not have been what I wanted to hear but I always counted it on being the truth. I was facing a 3rd time Dui ten year suspension jail time and 18 month probation and the state wanted my bond revoked cause of my history ,not only did Michael fight vigorously for my freedom and my right to be free on bond and won his motion to keep me free on bond ,He also filed a motion to suppress my stop and Dui investigation my motion was granted and my Dui was dismissed . Michaels court room swagger is bar none, If you need legal representation if you want representation that actually communicates with you every step of the way this is the guy,

After losing both my parents within 3 months of each other in 2017 I found myself in a battle with a sibling over their estate, a life insurance policy and my own home. Confused, sad and scared with nowhere to turn I contacted Michael Rodriguez. Listening to my story, my pleas he agreed that something was not right and agreed to become my advocate, attorney and a true friend. My sibling retained the largest firm in Jacksonville and had two attorneys on her team. Despite the resources and duo against him Michael skillful and knowledgeably navigated the muddy waters quickly filing the necessary paperwork to stop probate in its tracks to allow my concerns to be heard. He smartly subpoenaed the documents from medical facilities, banking institutions and the like. In these documents he found many irregularities and masterfully used them against my sibling and her “big dig” attorneys to masterfully validate my concerns and the numerous irregularities I was afraid of. After working his magic in this regard the other side immediately wanted to go to mediation which we agreed to. We walked into a mediators office with an initial offer that was not even close to what I had stated my original goals were. 5-6 hours later we walked out with everything I had wanted. Michael did this with the help of his fantastic assistant Dani both of whom are above reproach in their professionalism, knowledge of the law and tactics in how to out maneuver the other side. Grand slam does not do what they did as a team justice, there are no words. I received my fair share of the estate, life insurance and they saved my home. I cannot express the gratitude, the love I have for them both and their firm and highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation, looking to plan an estate/trust, involved in family court or the like. Do not be fooled by the firms size or the fact there are only two named partners. They make up for it in ability, performance with compassion at one of the most difficult time anyone has to go through.
