Mr Higgens did an amazing job defending my son who was facing felony charges.The news media had covered the incident extensively and many lawyers may have shied away from taking the case. I only have positive things to say about Mr. Higgins and what he did for my husband. My husband was facing significant prison time and Jeff was able to get him into Veterans Court so my husband could get the help he needed through the VA and not prison. Jeff is very professional and straight forward so you know what your facing and to be patient. We were patient and it worked out better than we had hoped. Jeff is great at getting back to you when you need to speak with him as well which is unlike any other lawyer I've ever had to work with.
