Immediate, knowledgeable and professional.

I just called to see if they could take my case and the person on the phone would not even let me explain what my situation was before rudely interrupting me and basically telling me they couldn't help BEFORE I even got to explain. This is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with them I don't feel they are "for the people" at all, only people who can get them huge amounts in settlements. I've heard others claim the same thing.

Never got back to me. They stink & r very rude. Then I got a laughing emoji from them. Lazy Florida lawyers. Don't recommend get pressionals. They r not!

Don't listen to the feedback cry babies here who complain that their lawyer 'won't call me' back or the like. Talk to your paralegal. Leave her ample time to call you back if you leave a message. Trust that your lawyer is working for you behind the scenes. Sure, you're hurt and maybe broke but absolutely trust me when I tell you that your situation will work out if you hire and trust Morgan and Morgan. This is the best law firm in the U.S. and anyone else you call will not give you the results that Morgan will. My husband was in a parking lot accident 3.5 years ago and Morgan & Morgan (lawyer Tom Caldwell of the Daytona Beach Florida office) got him $39,200 - in his pocket. This was his 3rd case with Morgan & Morgan and ALL of them turned out very well for him. Have patience. Morgan and Morgan will do the rest.
